After spending 16 days caring for my 98 year old grandmother I ordered a Long Island Ice tea and chicken sandwich. I love bartenders, food and atmosphere.
Ordered a cheeseburger, my first time here! Waitress was great and friendly. Hamburger was a great value w chips, a bit overcooked. I will return to try other dishes on the menu. The bells Oberon was great!
I haven’t been there in a long time (20 years give or take) but I read in a previous review that the owner is still Lonna and she is an amazing and kind woman . When I was a kid , I lived right next to the bar and we had to rely on this place to feed us most nights . Ms Lonna was ALWAYS there , with something nice to say and with my regular order of a Shirley temple and curly cheese fries . She’s the heart of this place . I hope she’s doing well .
The place is incredible. Lady running the bar was super nice and helpful! Best burger I've had in town since moving here. Definitely be there again next week.
